The Coaches
 We have an integrated and progressive coaching structure, which provides an
environment for young swimmers to develop their skills towards achieving their
potential. The swimming curriculum is delivered by a dedicated team
of voluntary coaches. All our coaches and assistants are qualified, or in
the process of becoming so and attend training weekends, seminars and courses in
order to update their knowledge. We actively encourage our coaches to
attend a Child Protection course. The coaches plan and implement the
swimming programme in line with recommendations contained in the following
literature:
