Top Squad Level
Final step in the UDASC coaching structure. Members of this squad may also be
members of the SAS Transitional Squad and should be encouraged to aim for
selection for the SAS Top Squad. The aim of this squad is to produce motivated,
skilled individuals who are able to reach their full potential. These swimmers
should compete to a high standard and be good role models for the junior squad
members.
Swimmers may be encouraged to develop an interest in coaching. Swimmers in
this squad are usually age 13 years & over.
